Betty Harris recorded sixties deep soul classics as "Cry To Me", "Can't Last Much Longer", and "Nearer To You" for Jubilee and Sansu. In her 2004 interview with the excellent In The Basement soul magzine there is no reference to the Custom Fidelity recording at all. It isn't mentioned either in other articles about Betty Harris either.  
Is Betty P. Harris the same singer as Betty Harris?
After listening to "Lead Me, Lord, Around It" and comparing it with some of Betty Harris' recordings I still don't know.
Perhaps one of you does have the answer on the question: Are Betty P. Harris and Betty Harris one and the same person?
