Mighty Stars of Harmony - Stand By Me Jesus
The Mighty Stars of Harmony were one of the first groups to record for Stan Lewis' Jewel Devotional Series. Like Willie Morganfield (the first Gospel singer at Jewel) prior to Jewel the Mighty Stars of Harmony recorded for the Stuttgart, Arkansas based Acquarian label. Several of the songs that ended up at their only album for Jewel were initially released on Acquarian. "Stand Be Me Jesus" got a release on Acquarian 5475 and on Jewel 113 before finding a place on "Good News" (Jewel LP 0019). Members at the time of these recordings were: Lee Toussaint, Clement "Tree" House, Claude Ellis, Murray Dixon and three other unknown gentlemen. Claude Ellis is singing lead on "Stand By Me Jesus".

Hello Jen,
I've just tried it myself on my own computer and I could download this song without a problem. Songs in older entries aren't available anymore for download.
