Rev. Clay Evans - Tis Jesus (live)

As written a couple a days a go, Sammie Cheatam worked with Rev. Clay Evans when in Chicago. On none of the Evans' albums in my collection the name Sammie Cheatam appears as a soloist. Cheatam or no Cheatam, Evans is a powerful singer. Compared with his fellow Reverends there is a lot more room for other singers taking a place in the spotlight and singing the lead part in one of the songs.
Evans recorded 18 albums for Jewel, sermons, live-recordings and studio albums. On his live albums, as I've just mentioned, Evans isn't the only one singing lead.
