The Sensational Six are from Memphis, TN and should not be confused with the Mighty Sensational Six of Little Rock, Arkansas who recorded for Rae-Cox. Neither should they be confused with the Sensational Six of Alabama who recorded for Richburg. Our six sensational gentlemen from Memphis recorded for Messenger, Designer and Abec. "The Lord Will Make A Way" is taken from their Abec album "A New Walk" (Abec LP 7001). It was recorded live at Cane Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Memphis in 1979. "The Lord Will Make A Way" is a beautiful ballad with minimal support from musical instruments.
