Songbirds of the South - Steal Away

In a previous post we listened to the Jackson Southernaires and their version of "Steal Away". For those who've missed it the first time around and want to compare both verisons, I've reactivated the link.
The Songbirds Of The South recorded two albums for J&B. "Steal Away" is taken from their J&B debut album "One More River To Cross" (J&B LP 0015) issued in 1977.  So far we haven't discovered anymore recordings by the Songbirds Of The South than the two J&B albums. At the time of recording the membership was as follows: J.W. Johnson, J. Kelly, J. Johnson, V. Lipsey, J. Jones, L.F. Johnson, T. McHarris.
