Helen Hollins Singers - Sad Sad War Is

Helen Hollins, her husband Milton Sr and their three children; Milton Jr., Francheasca, and Alicia started their recording career in 1971 with their first and only release on HOB. They came from the East-Coast, more specific Boston, Mass. A debut on New York based HOB and their second release on Glori from New Jersey, a 45 released on HMR from Rhode Island and in 1982 and album on New Jersey based Savoy are indications of the regionality of their career. In the eighties they recorded one album for Messiah in Maryland and Massachusetts.
