Sorry, I can't help you. The R&B Indies don't have any Capitol City Five recordings on any of the several Delta labels. The Gospel Discography only has 45s on HSE for the Capitol City Five.

I listen to "Dot" and I wonder how in the world could her pastor ever get to preach with all the people screaming and catching the Holy Ghost from her singing?! Lawdy, they would have had to put me in straight jacket!

Yes, they are the same group. Led by Willie Gunn. I own the Sur-Speed catalog and was unaware of their LP for the label. The master tapes just list "Willie Gunn". Any info would be much appreciated (track list, cover scan, etc.). This is the only known LP for the label. Thanks....Fred James/Bluesland Productions
